Who We Are

Michelle Wilson – 970-518-6640 Cell 970-584-4829 Office michelle@westernplainsre.com

Broker/Owner

Michelle is a fantastic people person, and she loves working with people from all walks of life! And with her company being local and family owned and operated, she strives to make all clients feel like family too. ☺ God has blessed her with the opportunity to work from home so she can care for her family, as well as gave her the ability to do what she loves and that is Real Estate! Michelle and her husband Matt both grew up in Longmont, had lived in the Loveland area for 8 years, and bought their second home in Johnstown in 2013. They have three beautiful children, who are the center of their universe! ☺ She loves horses, music, boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, anything outdoors, and she especially treasures her time with family and friends. ☺

Michelle has been with Western Plains Realty since 2009. She took over Western Plains Realty as Broker/Owner in 2021, and acquired her Wyoming Real Estate Brokerage License in 2022. So if you are thinking of selling your home in Colorado to move to the open range of Wyoming, or vice-versa, call Michelle! Having only one agent on both sides of the border, will help your transition be as smooth and easy as possible!

She does not have a set schedule, and she works extremely hard to give her clients the very best customer service possible. She is almost always available to answer the phone (unless of course she is with a client, or chasing after her kiddos). ☺ If she misses a call, she will
promptly return it. And there is never a silly question, so ask away! She really is “on-call” to answer your questions, and help in any way that she can! She makes every effort to make the home buying or selling experience as exciting and stress-free as possible. And she works very hard to build relationships with her clients, and doesn’t
just “work” with them solely for a commission…. she truly strives to set her company apart from the “quota driven, and politics” agencies. It shows, with her presence in the industry being strong and successful, and she looks forward to continuing to help her clients build their dreams!
