Where to start? Ken is absolutely amazing. As a first time home-buyer I could not have asked for a better real estate professional to work with! He was so understanding of our concerns as first-time home buyers and did everything he could to help with said concerns. Not only did he put our mind at ease with our concerns and questions we had, he helped us find our perfect first house in record time! To this day, he is still willing to go above and beyond for his current, future, and past clients. I would definitely give him more than 5-starts if there were more stars to give!

Ken impressed me with his knowledge of real estate in the areas I was looking to buy. He provided me home listings that met my criteria as soon as they were available. He was flexible with viewing times as I needed. When viewing properties he helped me on what to look for and was informational about the area. Ken took so much of the hassle out of buying for me. After purchasing I found him to be an excellent negotiator in working with the seller. Besides being a great realtor I found Ken to be easy to talk to, has a terrific personality and a good sense of humor. You can’t go wrong with this guy !!

Ken helped me find my first home with ease. Really good with first time home buyers like me. Has lots of knowledge on what to look at/for. He showed me a home when I was just thinking about buying. I decide to wait and save up more money at the time. Then months later I called him to let him know I was looking at houses again and was ready to buy. He responded that day ready to show me some properties. We looked at some properties then finally found my new house. Ken helped me through the whole process, checking in with me multiple times making sure everything was ready when I closed. Ken is great to work with.
